We ship orders worldwide. For international deliveries, we provide express shipping via FedEx. Delivery time to countries outside of Turkey is typically 1–5 business days.

At Pastelya, each item is handmade with love and care — just for you. We put great effort into ensuring your order arrives safely, in perfect condition, and exactly as expected.

However, in rare cases where your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you.

💬 Which products are eligible for return or exchange?

• Only full-priced (non-discounted) items are eligible.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (Day 1 is based on the courier’s delivery confirmation).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and
• Must have all original tags attached and untampered.
• Products must also be returned in their original packaging.

🚚 Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs for the return and for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Review & Approval

All return and exchange requests are carefully reviewed by our workshop team. Pastelya reserves the right to determine if a product meets the return and exchange criteria (unused, undamaged, with tags intact, etc.).
