We dispatch worldwide via FedEx Express. International delivery usually takes 1–5 business days from the date of shipment (customs processing times may vary).

We craft every Pastelya piece by hand and inspect it thoroughly before it leaves our studio. If your order is not as expected, we’re here to help.

- Applies to full-priced items only (discounted items are final sale).
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging.

Return and replacement shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

All returns are assessed by our workshop team to verify that the item meets the criteria above. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.
